Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

MOKI Jewels accepts product returns from buyers within 5 days of delivery. To ensure that products are eligible for return, please ensure that:

The products have been purchased no more than 20 days ago
The products are in the original packaging
The products have not been damaged or tampered with

The products listed below cannot be returned:

Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated
Products supplied which by nature are non-returnable
Products supplied that are not returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery
Products supplied which, after delivery, are by nature inseparable from others
Products missing their original packaging or with original tampered packaging
Products marked as a gift at the time of purchase
Products belonging to capsules subject to discounts and promotions
Products purchased on sale, promotion or with discounts
Products whose final external components (carabiners / hooks / fasteners) are missing or damaged or tampered with

We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not comply with the above conditions at our sole discretion.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer is responsible for the cost and risks associated with returning the products. The products must be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products returned lost or damaged in shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you entrust the package to a tracked and insured courier. We are unable to process a personal refund coupon or code without having received the products or without any traceable proof of shipment.

REFUNDS

Given the artisan nature of the brand, whose highest quality standards are subjected to checks and supervision, we understand that some problem related to one of our products can access, even if it represents just 1% of cases. Having to bear the ever-increasing costs of production, raw materials, assembly and design, in order to offer customers the best quality at affordable prices for the most part, MOKI Jewels is unable to issue refunds on purchases.

However, customers who intend to request a refund can contact us via our e-mail address and explain the problem related to the purchased item, sending us photos of the damage. If MOKI Jewels, after analyzing the single situation, considers that the damage is due to a problem related to the production / assembly of the item, it will process a Coupon or discount code of the value of the product purchased to be spent at any time in our shop.
